Victoria’s largest career expo is back!

THE 2023 Melbourne Career Expo will be held from Friday 14 to Sunday 16 July at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre on South Wharf.

“This year’s Melbourne Career Expo will display 180 Exhibitors showcasing a diverse range of higher education and career opportunities” said Career Expo event manager Nicole Capper.

The Melbourne Career Expo is an interactive experience where attendees are invited to be active participants.

 

The Melbourne Career Expo has information for school leavers from universities, TAFEs, registered and group training providers, apprenticeships and traineeships, internships, study assistance, student accommodation, gap years, holiday and after school employment, as well as the Victorian Department of Education.

“We strongly encourage all parents of all year 10 to 12 students to bring them along to assist them in the planning of their future education and career paths. Information is the key to their future success,” said Ms Capper.

“Many employers are still finding it difficult to fill their vacancies and are actively seeking staff, whether it be for the corporate or professional sector to apprenticeships and qualified trades.”

It will be held from July 14-16 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, South Wharf.

 

On offer at the Melbourne Career Expo are 1000s of entry level, graduate to management jobs in skilled careers and trades in sectors and areas like health and aged care, childcare, NDIS providers, hospitality and retail, defence industries, emergency services, regional living and employment, government departments and services, agriculture, technology, property services, finance, recruitment, aviation, auto, transport and logistics, manufacturing and recycling, the list goes on a on.

The Melbourne Career Expo is an interactive experience where attendees are invited to be active participants within free exhibitor seminars, hands on demonstrations, and free career resume checking service and career counselling sessions offered by the Career Development Association of Australia.

Entry is via Door 9 on Friday 14 July 10am to 3pm, Saturday 15 July 10am to 4pm, and Sunday 16 July 10am to 4pm.
