Kyo Yoga

Kyo Yoga has been established in Ocean Grove for 11 years and offers yoga for all ages and levels of experience – around 20 classes each week.

The yoga classes range from dynamic flow, restorative, through to gentler beginners classes and prenatal. All the classes are based around a combination of movement, breath attention and relaxation.

Kyo Yoga operates from two beautiful studio spaces – inviting and calming retreats with outlooks onto lush established gardens – the perfect space for restoring body and mind. The Hub is on the Parade next to Kyosk Café and the Garden Room nestled behind the sand dunes at the Ocean Grove beach.

Kyo Yoga owner Louise Carew says it is the care and attention of the teachers who work at the studio that makes it such a unique space. The teachers are all deeply connected to yoga as a journey of personal transformation and are experienced at offering extension and modification options to all students.

The goal of yoga is to create body/mind awareness and bring greater happiness and understanding to our self. It can alleviate many physical stresses caused by our everyday lifestyle and bring clarity and focus to our mind.

Starting with a beginners class can be a great introduction, so phone to explore your options. A current new student offer is in place offering unlimited classes – two weeks for $40.

The Kyo Yoga Hub is at 91 The Parade, Ocean Grove, and the Kyo Garden Room is at 73 The Esplanade, Ocean Grove. Head to kyoyoga.com.au.
