The Hire a Hubby Torquay team operates Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm with three tradesmen and one staff member in the office.

“Business is flat out, we cover Torquay to Geelong and a lot of the work is referral work, word of mouth from previous customers.

“It not just wives that ring, often we get husbands that need a hand. A lot of our work is where guys have started a project and they need a hand finishing with because they’re so busy.”

Last year Hire a Hubby Torquay won the Victorian Franchise of the Year for Enterprise operations for the fourth year running.

“It’s really nice to have recognition for what you do, and it affirms to us that we’re moving in the right direction,” Mr Guy said.

“I have a great group of guys in the business and we hope to continue the good work for the community.”
