The historic All Ford Day returns
The All Ford Day is in its 27th year and will be held at Deakin University Waurn Ponds on Sunday, February 18.
The exclusively Ford Motor Show features an extensive range of 1,200 vehicles covering an array of models, years and types.
The festival encapsulates the rich Ford history that Geelong has been a part of for more than 90 years, celebrating the company and workmanship that has been put into the cars.
Vehicles will be displayed and judged in 50 categories, with trophies given out to each of the category winners and runner-ups throughout the day.
The event is held on the grounds of Waurn Ponds Estate behind Deakin University from 8am-3pm, with cars and exhibitors displayed throughout the 25 acres of grassland, surrounded by beautiful trees and lakes.
Despite the closure of the Geelong facilities in late 2016, the All Ford Day still serves as a meeting place for old colleagues, car and motoring enthusiasts, as well as those who have invested in and appreciated the Ford brand.
Motorshow director Scott Pigdon anticipates this year will once again be a popular event for motoring enthusiasts far and wide.
“The All Ford Day has secured its position as one of the largest car displays in Australia, and continues to grow each year,” he said.
“Last year we saw a massive range of beautiful cars at the event, and we’ve already had some stunning vehicles sign up for this year’s event.”
Free parking will be available throughout the Deakin University campus on the day of the event.
Tickets can be purchased online at allfordday.org.au or at the event.
