It’s Pinot time at Leura Park Estate

LEURA Park Estate is inviting the community to its Pinot Party as it celebrates the temperamental, high-maintenance and wonderful grape.

To be held on May 18, the event features plenty of wine tasting, live entertainment and a lavish foodie lineup.

For $30, guests are treated to a complimentary tasting glass, Pinot Noir and blends wine tastings from Bellarine wineries and cover band Test Pilot Molly.

Leura Park Estate Wineries will be joined by Jack Rabbit Vineyard, Yes said the Seal and Cat out of the Bag as special guests for the day.

While Leura Park Estate has four Pinot Noirs on offer for tasting, comparing and revering, their full stable of award-winning wines will also be available for purchase.

The estate will have its sparkling Pinot Chardonnay, a 50 per cent Pinot Noir, 50 per cent Shiraz Rose, Pinot Noir and Ms Flamingo and Associates available for tasting.

Jack Rabbit Vineyard will feature a 100 per cent Pinot Noir Rose, a 50 per cent Pinot Noir and 50 per cent Pinot Gris P2, a Moscato style Frizzante and a Pinot Noir as part of its tasting.

Yes said the Seal and Cat out of the Bag will both have their Pinot Noir available for sampling while Flying Brick Cider Co will have its range of naturally crafted ciders on site.

An array of food makes up the menu including pizzas, cheese and antipasto platters, panko crumbed calamari rings, spiced chicken drumettes and more.

Pinot Party runs from 11am until 5pm at Leura Park Estate, 1400 Portarlington Road, Curlewis.
