Bronwyn Zappelli, the owner of Leading Journeys, has been a travel consultant for 17 years.

After consulting in offices locally and elsewhere in the south west, Bronwyn decided to step out and start her own travel consultancy business.

Having fresh, new ideas about the ways of consulting and wanting to step out from an office environment, Leading Journeys was born.

“It is very exciting. I am extremely proud of what I have achieved so far in my career and I look forward to growing Leading Journeys,” she said.

Bronwyn sets a very high standard for herself when it comes to preparing your travel needs.

“There is nothing I enjoy more than talking about travel and planning travel experiences with my clients. Sometimes they can be seen as just another booking in many busy office environments, but that’s not how I operate or see my business headed. It’s important to build on the trust and I think that only manifests into repeat clientele.”

Working from home, Bronwyn has been meeting with clients, after hours, on weekends in local cafes, as well as in their own homes to discuss their personalised travel plans.

“We live in a busy time and it’s not easy for everyone to make it into an office during work hours to plan a trip. Being mobile gives my clients another avenue in a more relaxed environment, at a time convenient to them.”
