Peninsula Osteopathy and Allied Health celebrate two decades of care
THIS year marks a milestone for Peninsula Osteopathy and Allied Health — 20 years of proudly serving the Drysdale and Bellarine Peninsula community.
Over two decades, we have had the privilege of supporting thousands of people in their journey to better health and wellbeing.
We are deeply grateful to the community who have trusted us, and to the many local businesses, health providers, and services we have worked alongside to deliver the very best care close to home.
From the very beginning, our philosophy has been simple: every person deserves excellent health care that is as unique to their needs.
No two people experience pain, injury or health conditions in exactly the same way, which is why our team takes the time to listen, understand and tailor treatment plans to the individual.

Whether it’s managing arthritis, recovering from a sports injury, addressing complex back pain, or supporting women through pelvic health challenges or post-breast surgery recovery, we pride ourselves on offering compassionate, evidence-based care that meets people where they are.
We are here for every stage of life, supporting the community through complex health conditions as well as everyday aches and pains.
We also believe that true health care doesn’t happen in isolation. Our practitioners work closely with other health professionals — both locally and beyond — to ensure every client can access the services they need.
This collaborative approach means our clients benefit from a wider circle of support, integrating their treatment seamlessly across different providers.
A key part of this vision was the creation of our purpose-built Pilates and yoga studio, designed as an extension of the clinic.

Here, clients can take a proactive role in managing their health. With group yoga and Pilates classes, alongside one-on-one and small group clinical Pilates, the studio empowers people to build strength, improve movement and develop lifelong strategies to manage their conditions.
For many, this blend of hands-on care and active rehabilitation is the key to lasting results.
Our services today include osteopathy, remedial massage, myotherapy, yoga, Pilates and excellent clinical care — all delivered by a team passionate about helping people move, feel better and thrive.
As we celebrate this milestone, our commitment to you remains unchanged: to provide exceptional, personalised care that helps you live well.
If you’ve been considering addressing your health concerns, now is the perfect time — book an appointment or join a class today, and let us support you in taking the next step in your health journey.
