Rejuvenate, replenish, restore, renew
EACH day, Renew Wellness Collective wakes up feeling so grateful to live in beautiful Ocean Grove – filling their cups and fulfilling their purpose – enabling the community to live happier and healthier lives.
Husband and wife duo Meg and Sandy are the faces behind Renew, movement enthusiasts both personally and professionally.
Their move to Ocean Grove in early 2020 has been the best decision and serving the community is truly a dream come true for them.
Blessed with two young daughters of their own they cannot imagine a better place to raise a family.
The two spaces in the heart of Ocean Grove are inspired by their calming, restorative coastal location.
The boutique Pilates studio on Madeley Street offers a space to re-energise in an intimate small group environment. The Field Street North clinic is dedicated to Osteopathic treatments with Sandy which facilitate the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Meg heads up the incredible team of instructors at Renew – once people experience a class with them, they’ll understand why Renew is different.
The team sees their clients, listens to them and creates classes for them.
Given the small class sizes (maximum of eight clients), everyone gets the attention they deserve to ensure they get the results needed.
The team thrives on seeing clients step out of their comfort zone, gain newfound confidence, build functional strength and connect with each other to live more energised and happier lives.
Meg has a particular interest in supporting and empowering women throughout all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She has firsthand experience how regular and tailored Pilates can significantly help women’s individual pregnancies, births and postpartum stages, offering a range of class styles, so there really is something for everyone.

As an Osteopath, Sandy employs a combination of hands-on treatment, rehabilitation exercises and advice around ergonomics to achieve long term solutions for his patients.
He takes the time to understand clients as an individual and ensures clear goals are set at the initial consultation that ultimately inform each treatment plan.
His special areas of interests include:
• Golfing injuries and restrictions
• Headaches and jaw pain
• Neck and upper back postural complaints
• Shoulder dysfunction and injuries
• Low back pain
A keen surfer and golfer, he has a first-hand understanding of the physical demands and common injuries associated with these sports.
Customers can also catch him in the Pilates studio teaching group classes on Monday evenings – including a dedicated Surfers Reformer at 7.30pm and private 1:1 Clinical Pilates sessions during the week.
