Restaurant Express arrives at Jack Rabbit

As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s Restaurant Express offer, Jack Rabbit Vineyard will be offering up a delicious two-course menu and a glass of wine for a fraction of the cost between March 19-23.

For more than 25 years, the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival has brought delight to those with a penchant for fine wine and food and this year it’s landing at Jack Rabbit Vineyard.

As part of the annual festival, for one week only running March 19 -23, Restaurant Express gives diners the chance to experience top venues and the best of Victoria’s chefs for a fraction of the price.

This year the deal involves a two-course luncheon with a glass of wine for just $40 with a sensational menu created specifically for Jack Rabbit Vineyard by executive chef Dwayne Bourke.

From slow roast Leura lamb leg, beetroot fondant and shallot marmalade to a chocolate cardamom sorbet, the menu it sure to entice using the finest local produce.

General manager of Jack Rabbit Lyndsay Sharp said that it was easy to see why this offer was one of the most popular features of the festival.

“Great food, top wine, fabulous offer – it’s no wonder Restaurant Express is one of the most enduring and popular events of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival,” Ms Sharp said.
