Owner Ashley of QuickSure Plumbing is a second-generation plumber who took over the family business his dad has operated for nearly 40 years.

Ashley said the team of four take pride in delivering a first-class service whilst ensuring cost-effective solutions.

“We enjoy the problem-solving aspect of the work. It’s not just about helping the community with their plumbing needs; it’s coming up with cost-effective solutions to see if we can lower utility bills through the installation of more efficient appliances,” he said.

“We normally work form 7.30am until 6pm but are always available in emergency plumbing situations. I’m a second-generation plumber and took the business over from Dad two years ago now.

“I love working down here, the views, being able to surf and fish when I’m not working and meeting new people.”

Ashley said business has continued to boom through word of mouth and customer recommendations.

“We’re a small business which means the customer can deal directly with the owner (me). It’s unmatched quality through traditional friendly service.

“We’re flat out but always make time for new customers, we get heaps of great customer feedback which is really good to know.”

Ash said QuickSure Plumbing have a $40 call out fee, which they waive if clients need work done.
