Warm up this winter at Terindah

Get your cook on at Terindah Estate this winter with the return of their Winter Cooking Class series; led by chef Ivan Roianov you can enjoy your spoils with a fabulous dinner party at the end of the evening and matching wines.

Following last year’s sell-out success, Terindah Estate will again be hosting their Winter Cooking Class series, led by chef Ivan Roianov.

The relaxed culinary sessions will span across six Friday evenings throughout July and August as Terindah Estate’s talented chefs cover an alternate theme each week.

Participants will gain skills andknowledge to last a lifetime; learning cooking secrets from across the globe in an easy to replicate way, with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.

Techniques such as preparing and cooking seafood, perfecting the art of pasta making, and the secrets to achieving the heartiest comfort food to get you through the winter are only a taste of what will be showcased during the series.

At the end of each class, guests will enjoy the dishes they prepared at a beautifully presented dinner party with matching Terindah Estate wines, plus the recipes to take home.

Perfect Pasta Making is scheduled for July 13 (tomorrow), Asian Street Food on July 20, Classic Middle Eastern Cuisine July 27 and American Style BBQ on August 3.

Finally, a Simple Seafood evening will take place on August 10.

Classes will take place from 6pm- 9.30pm at Terindah Estate, which is located at 90 McAdams Lane, Bellarine.
