Welcome to Generation You!

Hello you! We’re new and we’re all about you. Well, not that new. We’ve been over 65 years in the making as Karingal and St Laurence, but now we’ve become genU.

It’s short for ‘Generation You’, because whatever generation you belong to, whether you’re young, old or somewhere in between, what unites us is the belief that neither disability nor ageing are disadvantages to be endured but rather challenges to be met boldly, achievements to be had and adventures in the making.

As a leading provider of disability, aged care, employment, education and lifestyle support we recognise that our role is to help you realise your dreams no matter what shape or size those dreams are – that’s up to you. It’s all about you, pure and simple!

We want you to be ambitious, dream big and have YOU tell us where YOU want to go – we’ll make things happen.

If you’re looking to gain new skills, build your independence, make new friends, tackle an adventure and have a bit of fun, we’ve got you covered, because that’s what we do best. Helping you be the best ‘you’ you can be!
