A flaming good night for about barbeques and fireplaces

After opening their doors to the Surf Coast and Geelong region three months ago, about barbeques & fireplaces celebrated their official opening on June 27. Co-owner Bruce bDargavel said friend and local celebrity Nicky Buckley, alongside husband Murray Bingham, MC’d the event which saw more than 45 people in attendance. Bruce said the crowd of family, friends, current and future clients and customers were impressed with the coinciding launch of their Ortal range. “The evening was predominantly about launching our new Ortal gas log fire because it’s something very different and we’re one of the only Victorian dealers,” he said. “It’s a very small and exclusive network of dealers in Melbourne and Victoria and we’re one of them. We had terrific feedback, Ortal is extremely modern and the whole idea with the product is there’s over 50 different variations within the range of products. The look is only limited by your imagination, from a design aspect. A gas log fire in a home can be such a feature, and we help our customers get the look they’re striving for. We’re all about the customer here at about barbeques & fireplaces.”
