Adventure in the Otway trees

December 8, 2017 BY

Trees Adventure, the well-known outdoor adventure brand, is happy with the success of the latest attraction in the Otway ranges.

Trees Adventure Otway Park officially opened to the public on Friday April 14 this year.

Located in Yeodene next to the outdoor fun park Planet Mud, between Forrest and Colac, the attraction is easily accessible for visitors to the region and locals alike.

The new attraction offers eight challenge courses for visitors from four years old and up, with sessions lasting for two hours.

Varying age ranges have five colour-coded course levels to choose from and attendees have the option to choose the course they traverse, depending on their skills.

Trees Adventure director Nicolas Dansin said, “When we looked at this location in Yeodene, we knew that it would be a great place to build our second Victorian attraction”.

“Not only is it accessible from the iconic Great Ocean road, but is also close to Geelong and Colac.”

Trees Adventure Otway Park offers over 80 various challenges and ziplines at heights between two and 25 metres. Between each challenge are wooden platforms built around the trunks of the native eucalypts and allows for continued growth of the host trees.

Minimal impact to the trees is part of the brilliance of the design.

To book, visitors are encouraged to visit treesadventure.com.au or phone the local team at Trees Adventure Otway Park at 0429 374 653.

Open hours are Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm, saturday-sunday 9am-5pm, closed on Mondays.

Public and school holidays open every day 9am-5pm. Closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Trees Adventure Otway Park is at 70 Possum ridge road, Yeodene.
