Adventure Park hosts fastest watersliders on Australia Day

OVER 3,000 people took to Adventure Park on Australia Day to witness some of the fastest watersliders compete for the Aqua Racer Champion title, with $1750 worth of prizes won amongst competitors.
The championships saw racers speed down the park’s iconic six-lane Aqua racer waterslide at speeds of up to 40 kilometres per hour.
“Bhawk” was crowned the seniors Aqua Racer Champion in the event, stripping runner-up Tim Dahl of his three-year championship reign, while Colby Farnham took the top spot in the juniors race.
