COTTER Reid Architects has been appointed to design the $400,000 upgrade to Wallington Primary School.

Bellarine MP Lisa Neville visited the school last week to announce the appointment and discuss the project with staff and students.

The $400,000 upgrade includes funding for modernisation and refurbishment works for classrooms and other facilities.

“Wallington Primary School has fantastic staff, led by principal Glen Lauder and students and we are making sure they have state of the art facilities to match,” Ms Neville said.

“Appointing the architect is an exciting first step towards delivering the modern, safe and stimulating facilities that staff and students at Wallington Primary School deserve.”
