The arrangements are formed by carefully giving consideration to the overall form as well as where each individual element goes.

AN exhibition running at Queenscliff Neighbourhood House’s HOUSE Gallery highlights the image saturated world in which we live.
Running until January 31, Remnant Remix – Collage works by Deb Taylor combines imagery that appears to be unrelated to give a sense of the plethora of visual information with which we are surrounded by.
“Although chance plays its part in terms of what I find, the arrangements are formed carefully giving consideration to the overall form as well as where each individual element goes,” she said.
“I am passionate about sustainability so working in collage is a way for my art practice to embrace the ‘reduce, reuse, recycle’ mantra.”
Ms Taylor has recently moved to Ocean Grove where she has a home studio.
She studied art history and visual arts teaching at the University of Melbourne and did further studies at RMIT and Monash University.
She has been supported in her art practice with numerous scholarships, grants and residencies.
