Aussie Bellarine invites entries to bunny hunt
AUSSIE Bellarine’s Easter window display is back, and bigger than ever.
Locals strolling through Ocean Grove can spot the festive window scene, which Aussie Bellarine owner Ruth Van Eekelen creates every year to delights families from or visiting the area.
The Easter display this year features many different animal figurines, carefully collected from local thrift shops and sales over the past few months.
This time, there is also a special competition for children aged eight and under, with children invited to guess how many bunny rabbits are hiding in the display for their chance to win an Easter prize pack
Easter-themed colouring sheets are also available in store.
“We hope the window display brings a bit of joy to local kids and the community,” Ms Van Eekelen said.
“It’s been a labour of love creating it, and we can’t wait to bring a bit of extra Easter joy to one lucky kid.”
The display will run across the Easter weekend, with the competition ending on Thursday, April 17.
Aussie Bellarine is at 78A The Terrace, Ocean Grove.
