Bellarine projects secure Pick My Project funding

FOUR important projects on the Bellarine have secured funding through Pick My Project.

Bellarine MP Lisa Neville announced on Tuesday that the four projects would receive almost $700,000 worth of funding through the state government initiative that gave locals the power to choose the projects that their community needed.

The four projects on the Bellarine to receive funding are:
• Bellarine’s Nature Therapy – All Abilities Access Track in Ocean Grove
• Collendina Sports Ground Lighting Project in Ocean Grove
• The Springs Dell Boardwalk in Clifton Springs
• Outdoor Gym Equipment Stations in Point Lonsdale

“I’m so pleased that these four important projects will get the funding and support they need thanks to this ground breaking initiative,” Ms Neville said.

More than 95,000 Victorians cast votes, with successful projects receiving grants of between $20,000 and $200,000.
