THE Christian College Annual Music Evening is always enjoyed by a sell-out audience, and this year proved no different.

Held at Deakin University’s Costa Hall last week, the program featured each of the college’s ensembles, performing a small part of their repertoire learned throughout the year.

It was a unique opportunity to highlight music performance from Years Prep through to Year 12 in one night, with all five campuses involved.

The enthusiasm of the Junior School students right through to the skills and musicianship displayed by Senior School performers made the event a distinctive snapshot of how students could achieve great things in an encouraging and supportive community.

The benefits of a comprehensive music program and creative arts education are well known within the college and throughout the educational community.

“Students are so fortunate to have a vast array of opportunities laid out before them on their educational journey at Christian College,” a spokesperson said.

“The music program serves to enrich the students on this journey; it provides many incredible benefits and life experiences, that we believe help to set our students apart.”
