Carman’s founder to speak at breakfast event
CARMAN’S founder Carolyn Creswell will be the keynote speaker at a special breakfast event to be held in Curlewis next month.
At Gratitude and Granola, Ms Creswell will share her journey from humble beginnings to building Carman’s into a globally recognised brand, highlighting the power of community and sustainability.
To be held at Claribeaux, this event is designed to bring together like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference, with all proceeds to be donated to Feed Me.
Attendees will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, and then a two-course breakfast.
Ms Creswell founded Carman’s in 1992 as a first-year university student with a $1,000 investment, and the Carman’s range is now available in all major supermarkets across Australia, as well as being exported to many countries around the world.
Feed Me chief executive officer Lana Purcell will speak about Feed Me’s mission, the organisation’s broad reaching impact and how funds from the breakfast will make a tangible difference in reducing food waste and supporting the community.
The morning will also include entertainment from a local musician and a silent auction, featuring a range of exclusive items including Carman’s product hampers and local artisan experiences. Gratitude and Granola will be held at Claribeaux at the Curlewis Golf Club, Curlewis, on March 6 from 8am to 10.30am.
