Celebrate the Christmas spirit at 360Q

December 12, 2018 BY

QUEENSCLIFF restaurant 360Q will host an evening of carol singing to celebrate the Christmas spirit.

Participants are invited to attend “Carols by the Water” on Friday December 21 from 6.30pm. To add to this Christmas Soiree, 360Q proprietor Barry Iddles has hired Melbourne duo Sax & the City – Harry Mullany, one of Melbourne’s finest pianist/singers, has a sax/ brass based repertoire that he and Peter Malberg are renowned for.

They will play classic Christmas Carols and jazz-style numbers.

“Carols by the Water should become an annual Queenscliff event,” Mr Iddles said.

“My team at 360Q are excited about being involved in this community project and our chefs will create a Chrissy-themed menu that features Turkey kofta, Prawns in chilli mojo, pickled lamb salad, Pork belly with black rice and jus, and, to remind everyone it is Christmas, Plum Pudding with ice cream.”

The grazing-style festive season dinner will take place between 6.30pm to 9.30pm and is $40 a head. The entertainment is free.

Meanwhile, a dinner, aptly titled “Taste of Bellarine”, showcasing Bellarine Distillery (Teddy & the Fox Gin), Baie Wines, Geelong Funghi, Alchemy Woodfired Bakehouse, Portarlington Mussel Farm, Sages Farm (Lamb), Lonsdale Tomato Farm, ABC Rhubarb, Drysdale cheese, and L’artisan Cheese will be held at 360Q on Friday December 28.
