BRING one with you, take one home at this weekend’s Geelong City Market gift swap.
Taking place tomorrow (Saturday, December 6) from 9am until 2pm, community members are invited to head along and participate in a gift exchange.
Have your in-laws still not got the memo on what you actually want for Christmas? There’s now a solution for those pressies that missed the mark.
Anything you’re no longer using that deserves a new home where it’ll be loved? Bring it along.
Get into your cupboards and re-gift your pre-loved or neglected past presents to someone who will cherish them. Or pop into your local op shop to find some treasures to trade for a gift for yourself, or for someone you love.
Trinkets, shoes, books, clothes, toys – no gift is too small.

Handmade and second-hand gifts are also encouraged. All gifts must be clean and in good condition and no perishable items.
For people bringing multiple gifts, they take the same amount home and for those who forget to bring something, the team will have extra on board, just in case.
Everyone is invited to share, swap, and spread a little joy – all while reducing waste and tackling the cost of living.
After swapping your gifts, you are invited to stay and chat with Member for Western Victoria Sarah Mansfield about the things that matter to you, so that she can continue to represent the Western Victoria community.
Any leftover gifted items will be donated to the Salvos Christmas Appeal.
