Celebrate with Wish Fish

IN 2021 it’s fitting that the little coastal gift store in laid back Ocean Grove, Wish Fish Gifts, is celebrating their 21st year of business – and thriving!

Warm welcomes, sweet smiles, beautiful products and an outstanding customer experience is always on offer in the coastal, gift, homewares and lifestyle store which is designed to spark joy in every way, as you wander through the carefully curated collection of beautiful products.

Known for their stand out jewellery collection, cocktail wares, beautiful fragrances and timeless Kennedy Smith candles, there is literally something for everyone.

“I was a teenager, living in Ocean Grove, when Wish Fish first opened its doors,” current owner Mel Stewart said.

“Back then, it was so exciting for Ocean Grove to have this little go-to gift shop.

“You would walk in and find some incredibly kitschy, beautiful and coastal goodies.

“Back then, it had bright aqua floors, colourful homewares, and just fun finds everywhere.

“When I saw the little shop was for sale last year – I wanted to buy it – to be part of its little history in Ocean Grove.

“I think most people have a fond, nostalgic, feel towards Wish Fish, and we want to continue that into its 22nd year of business in Ocean Grove.

“So we would welcome everyone to pop in and say ‘hello’ and take a look for themselves at what the next generation of Wish Fish looks like.”
