Celebrating 15 years of business at Helloworld Travel Ocean Grove

Helloworld Travel Ocean Grove is celebrating 15 years of business this month – a milestone that prompted co-owners Nicole Bryan and Lesley Judd to reflect on the past and aim high for the future.

Opening as Harvey World Travel in January 2005 under management by Lesley, Nicole purchased the business in December 2011 following two years of employment.

Soon after Nicole took the reins, Lesley threw her hat in the ring and the pair became business partners.

“Together we have grown the business into what it is today,” Nicole said.

“With our team of experienced travel consultants, we have more than 100 years of experience in the industry.

“We attribute our success to our exceptional customer service and itinerary planning, with a very loyal client base built on reputation.

“We adapt and change according to what the market is doing and are always up with the latest travel trends.

“We work closely with the local community through sponsorships of sporting groups and charities. We love to give back to the community that supports us.”

Nicole said the business works closely with the Leopold and Drysdale Helloworld offices to offer fully escorted group trips to various international and domestic destinations.

The tours are ideal for solo travellers or those wanting to meet likeminded locals.

“This is our point of difference to other travel agencies,” she said.

“Departing from the Bellarine Peninsula, some of our recent tours have taken in the stunning sights of Canada and Alaska, the beauty of Vietnam, the cultural diversity of China, the natural wonders of Africa, the history and culture of Europe and our annual ladies trip to New York.”
