Children’s Week activities boast messy fun, food and snakes

MORE than 200 children and their families attended activities at the Leopold Hub on the weekend to help celebrate Children’s Week.
Kids were treated to fresh fruit kebabs or made their own wraps at the Leopold Child and Family centre on Saturday.
They hid in the sensory cave and used their hands to feel their way through the Toy Library and Playgroup’s Messy Mayhem; then watched snakes, stick insects, baby crocodiles and other animals and bugs at the Library.
