Coryule Chorus set to warm up winter

The Coryule Chorus is anxious to show off their new polish today following a most informative and challenging workshop.

THE Bellarine’s popular choir – the Coryule Chorus – will present their second annual concert in Drysdale today.

The concert Warm Winter Songs will include a mix of old favourites such as some West End Showstoppers, including”On My Own” from Les Miserables, “Memory” from Cats, the ever popular

“Camelot”, some Jerome Kern favourites, some Irish and Scottish folk songs, and even a splash of humour.

The concert will also feature solos from Annette Playsted, Peter Stickland and Bob Ball.

The choir rehearses weekly at the St James Hall and is anxious to show off their new polish following a most informative and challenging workshop recently conducted by internationally acclaimed soprano, Sally Wilson.

The concert is at the St James Anglican Church Hall, Collins Street, Drysdale on Thursday June 21 at 2pm.

Entry prices are $10 or $5 concession – pay at the door.
