Council hopes feedback drives in

LAND located next door to the Leopold Community Hall (pictured above) could soon be used as a way for patrons to exit the site.

The City of Greater Geelong Council is considering a lease arrangement with the hall’s management for the area of land located at 811 Bellarine Highway.

The land will be used to give vehicles exiting the community hall site a safe option for leaving, via the service road located between Simonds and Christies roads.

As part of the decision-making process the council is keen to hear views on the proposed arrangement, up until Tuesday July 17.

Council officers will be available for a drop in session at Leopold Community Hall on Monday July 9 between 1pm and 2pm.
