Crowds anchor down in Armstrong Creek.
Crowds of interested homebuyers flocked to Anchoridge’s Display Village open day to explore Armstrong Creek’s latest master-planned community.
Anchoridge hosted the free “Under the Sea” themed community event on Sunday at the display village, located on the corner of Barwon Heads and Buchanan Boulevard, Armstrong Creek.
Attendees viewed an impressive array of house and land packages to suit all household budgets, with more than 50 per cent of the estate’s blocks already sold.
A treasure hunt was among the activities for children to take part in, as well as a handball competition, a visit from Gary Ablett Junior, food trucks and more.
Minutes from the Surf Coast, a short drive to Barwon Heads and within close proximity to Geelong, the idyllic location of Anchoridge makes it a must-see for potential homeowners.
The estate features tree-lined streets, abundant parklands complete with meandering pathways and public art which presents an impressive welcome.
The estate is sustainably designed to maximise active lifestyles, nurture social connections and preserve the natural beauty of Armstrong Creek.
