ONE of Geelong’s top culinary fundraising events returns next month to raise money for the Barwon Health Foundation.
Geelong’s Longest Lunch will be held at the picturesque Transvaal Square on Geelong’s waterfront on March 21.
Guests will be treated to a four-course menu and paired wines from a star-studded lineup of local chefs.
Chris Hudich of The Wharf Shed, Mike Jacques of TARRA Queenscliff, Cory Hyde of 1915, Eli Grubb of new restaurant The Woolstore, Chris Hassan of the Meredith Hotel and Daniel Brehaut of The Davidson are locked in for the fundraiser.
The afternoon will also include live entertainment, including special tunes from the Piano Bar.

Barwon Health Foundation executive director Zoe Waters said the day promised to be one full of laughs and exquisite food and wine.
“Every year, we unite Geelong’s finest chefs to craft an experience like no other,” she said.
“This event is always a sell-out, so don’t miss your chance – reserve your ticket today.”
Tickets will be $180 per person and include canapes and cocktail on arrival, the three-course lunch and wines, and entertainment.
The event will run from noon to 4pm.
