Scotchmans Hill’s Bistro and Cellar Door are currently open from 12pm-7.30pm Thursday to Sunday and 12pm-4pm on Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) for wine and food take-away and local delivery to Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Portarlington, St Leonards, Indented Heads and some areas of Wallington. Scotchmans Hill’s menu has always offered fresh local produce and pairing with their Estate Wines.

Scotchmans Hill’s wines are a complete process from Viticulutre to Winemaking, and Chief Winemaker Robin Brockett has been with the Winery for over 30 years.
“Good wine can be made in the winery, but great wine is made in the vineyard. We focus on managing the vineyard to produce the healthiest, clean and intense fruit characters possible,” Robin said.
