PORT Phillip Ferries has teamed up with AO Travel to offer exclusive Australian Open ticket and ferry packages.

These packages include premium seats at Rod Laver Arena for the second week of the tournament, covering semi-finals, and both women’s and men’s finals.

Brad Wright, Marketing Manager for Port Phillip Ferries, expressed excitement about this new partnership.

“We are thrilled to partner with AO Travel for the first time in 2024, providing residents of the greater Geelong region a fun and stress free way of getting to the Australian Open, along with exclusive access to hard to get finals tickets.”

“This partnership, in addition to our various other summer activities, including ferry connections between Geelong and Portarlington and the return of our summer discovery cruises, gives locals plenty of reasons to jump aboard this summer.”

Passengers can enhance their experience by adding access to the new AO Travel lounge or opting for accommodation packages.

The AO Travel lounge one, debuting at the Australian Open in 2024, boasts a private room in the western lounge of John Cain Arena, views of the Grand Slam Oval and Melbourne Skyline, and includes a food and beverage package.

Ticket holders can embark from either Geelong or Portarlington, taking advantage of Port Phillip Ferries’ expanded summer timetable.

For those attending night sessions, the option to stay at the Royce Hotel and return the next day is available.

Prices for the AO Travel packages start at $248 for day sessions, which includes tennis tickets and ferry travel.

Additional costs apply for AO Travel lounge and accommodation packages.
