Final free health and wellbeing seminar next week

August 29, 2018 BY

THE final of a series of three free health and wellbeing seminars will be presented at Ocean Grove Community Hub next week.

This seminar on Tuesday, September 4 is a must for those who constantly feel fatigued and have low energy levels.

Ocean Grove chiropractor and functional health practitioner Dr Heidi Mueller will be discussing the common causes of fatigue and why it is important that clients pay attention to their energy levels.

“All of us know what it’s like to feel tired, but for some, the effect of significant and prolonged fatigue can greatly reduce the quality of our lives with changes to our mood, relationships and work capacity.

“Because fatigue cannot be easily seen and the causes varied, individuals are often left to suffer in silence.

“Many clients are not aware of just how fatigued they are until they receive the proper treatment and support.”

At this seminar, Dr Mueller will be exploring some of the common reasons for fatigue, how we can better address this problem, and when to seek professional help.

Head trainer and owner of Step into Life Ocean Grove, Penny Tomkinson, will discuss some simple strategies to increase your physical activity over your week with minimal effort.

“By including more movement in our everyday activities, clients are able to reach goals that they never thought possible,” Ms Tomkinson said.

“Having the goal to move more in our lives is simply a matter of making small changes to our everyday choices.”

Rebecca Abram from Be Centred Yoga will be exploring the amazing benefits of a regular yoga practice.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions in a relaxed atmosphere – they look forward to providing you with some great information.

This is a free event at Ocean Grove Community Centre (The Hub), 1 John Dory Drive, Ocean Grove, on Tuesday September 4, from 7.30-8.30pm.
