FUEL retailer APCO has been recognised as Australia’s most satisfying petrol and service station brand for the fourth consecutive year.

The family-owned company took out the top honour in the 2026 Canstar Blue awards, based on feedback from more than 2,000 consumers.

APCO recorded five-star ratings across several key categories, including customer service, price of petrol, store appearance and overall satisfaction.

An APCO spokesperson said the result reflected the consistency of the customer experience across its network.

“Being recognised for a fourth consecutive year is a testament to the strong and consistent experience our customers receive every time they visit APCO,” the spokesperson said.

Price and service again emerged as the leading drivers of satisfaction.
