Last Saturday’s event was attended by more than 100 Rippers who joined in the celebrations at Cottage and admired the scenic views over Port Phillip Bay.

Guests enjoyed celebrity chef and author Matt Preston’s Gimlet Sonic cocktail recipe and raffles and a spirited auction.

Joe Sasadeusz, Steve Smith and Andrew Gregg.

One Rippers member did a brilliant job bidding and was the successful purchaser of the number one Green Brick from Cottage’s Riptide Green Brick appeal.

This appeal is in celebration of Cottage’s new Riptide facility, which will be launched next month.

Steve Mitchell, Andrew Cannon and Clare Cannon.

“Their events are always packed full of fun and, most importantly, raise vital funds to help more children enjoy a break at Cottage.”

The Rippers committee member Cathie Vickers-Willis echoed his praise and alluded to the event as “a ripper one, as always.”
