GAWS reduces cat adoption fees

January 16, 2019 BY

GAWS has a broad selection of cats available for adoption and will reduce adoption fees for all adult cats to just $35 until January 20.

WITH more than 400 cats in care at Geelong Animal Welfare Society (GAWS) at the moment, they are bursting at the seams.

So until Sunday January 20, GAWS will reduce adoption fees for all adult cats to just $35. This fee includes initial vaccination, microchipping, flea and worming, and desexing.

“Our cattery team is doing a fabulous job managing the health and welfare of our shelter cats,” Head Veterinarian Dr David Pullen said.

“While our adoption rates over the past few months have been on the rise, we have cats arriving at GAWS as fast as they are being adopted.

“Our aim is to find our cats forever homes as soon as possible.”

GAWS has a broad selection of cats available for adoption and experienced cattery staff will help guide you to find the purrfect cat for your situation.
