ST James’ huge Secondhand Book Sale in Drysdale is on again at the beginning of January, promising an excellent selection of good quality books.

As always, there will be hardback and paperbacks, a large section of old books and early editions plus magazines at bargain prices.

So drop in to this well-run event and browse to your heart’s content.

All the books are individually priced, and laid out in categories, so it’s easy to locate your area of interest as you can see from the photo.

There’s always a special children’s section with low seating, so adults can search for their own bargains knowing the youngsters are safely entertained.

Checkout is well organised and for the first time this year, there will be no minimum limit on the Eftpos facilities.

Entry is free, so you can visit more than once or just stay all day as some people have done in the past!

Organisers look forward to welcoming you to this important fundraising event.

The book sale is on Saturday January 5 between 8am and 4pm, and Sunday January 6 between 9am and 2pm.

There is also all abilities access.
