Harbour photo comp winners snap up some prizes
ENTRANTS who took part in the Tales of Queenscliff Harbour Photographic competition have captured the stories behind their photos, the reflections, family and the fun.
The judges received some amazing and wonderful photos, with the winners being awarded some great prizes kindly donated by local businesses and the Telstra Business Centre Geelong.
The winner of the DSLR Competition was Elaine Janes and Flapper with “Overlooking the Harbour”, runner-up went to Tim Richardson with “Ferry” and Colin Rosewarne took out third prize with his “Reflections”.
The winner of the Mobile Competition was James Murphy with “Roof Jump”, runner-up went to Alex Gee with “Treading the Boards” and the Moorhouse Family came third with “Entering the Harbour”.
The winner of the Under 18 Student Competition was Mitch Bowtell with “Two sunrises”.
Prizes have been kindly donated by The Telstra Business Centre Geelong, 360Q, Sea All Dolphin Swims, Scully’s Oyster Bar and Grill, South Bay Eco Adventures, Queenscliff Boat Hire, Queenscliff Harbour Fish and Chips, Queenscliff Village News and the 3225 Community Calendar.
