Fun Newbies Ukulele Course
PUK (Portarlington Ukulele Kollective) will start a Fun Newbies Ukulele Course from July 24. PUK is a community ukulele and singing group that was established in 2015 and is dedicated to 110 per cent uke fun.The course will run at Portarlington Senior Citizens Hall, Newcomb Street, Portarlington (opposite the pub), between 6pm and 7pm for $5 per session. Stallholders needed for Leopold fete
LEOPOLD Kindergarten is once again holding its annual Leopold Kindergarten Community Fete on August 25 inside the LINC at Leopold Primary School between 9am and 2pm. Road renaming in Point Lonsdale
THE City of Greater Geelong is proposing to rename Chiton Way in Point Lonsdale due to confusion on the pronunciation of the name. The new name chosen for this section of roadway is Casablanca Way. This request has come to the City from the land developer on behalf of residents within this area.
