With in-centre retailers joining the party, major tenant Woolworths went all out to mark the day, inviting a number of special guests, including local sporting and community groups, as well as thanking the builders and developers who brought everything to fruition.

Kingston Village builders and developers celebrated the centre’s opening.

Lynda Missen, store manager of Woolworths Kingston Village, cut the specially made cake to celebrate the day, as well as sharing a cupcake with members of the Ocean Grove girls soccer team and representatives of the Ocean Grove Surf Life Saving Club.

With Christmas trading in full swing, Ms Missen recommended shoppers call down to see the new centre, and take advantage of store opening celebrations.
