Lego set to pack venue for coming Queenscliff Bricks
ORGANISERS of next month’s Queenscliffe Bricks say there will be more Lego crammed into Point Lonsdale Primary School’s hall than ever before.
Queenscliff Rotary President Karen Pecar said the event would feature four interstate exhibitors bringing their wonderful creations.
She said creative entries for the Future Lego Master Builder competition were also coming in and that there was still time to enter, with the competition closing on May 31.
“There’s been a great response to our Masterclasses with both sessions already fully booked,” Ms Pecar said.
“If you’d like a small preview, you can go to Dizzy Toys in Pakington Street and see the display by the Geelong Lego User Group, or visit Ocean Grove Super Toys and say hello to a giant Lego Luke Skywalker and see the gorgeous motorised carousel, which is first prize in our raffle.
“We can’t wait to see you at Queenscliffe Bricks on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.”
Queenscliffe Bricks is a Queenscliffe Rotary Club fundraiser supporting Barwon Health Volunteer Patient Transport, Shelterbox and the End Polio Now program.
