A CIRCUS performance and retelling of a literary classic took flight in Barwon Heads this week.
The cast and crew of Circus Wonderland – A Neverland Adventure have been in rehearsals at the Wonderland Spiegeltent since mid-December, and held their first performance on Boxing Day.
Inspired by J.M. Barrie’s tale Peter Pan, the 60-minute show will captivate crowds as they are “immersed in the magic of Neverland”, promoters say.

“Audiences young and the young at heart will be all smiles enjoying the spell-binding magic of Circus Wonderland.
“Fun for the whole family, the adventures of Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and the Pirates come to life with a fun-filled enchanting circus adventure.
“Starring an amazing world class cast of acrobatic characters, the show has astounding feats and hilarious antics to keep crowds enthralled and in wonder.”

Circus Wonderland will be performed on most days until January 29, 2030.
Other performances coming soon to Wonderland Spiegeltent in Lahey Park Square include Popcorn Underground on Thursday, January 5; Mark Seymour and the Undertow on January 7, INXSIVE: The Inxs Tribute Show on January 8 and the Absolutely 80s UK Hits Tour on January 14.
