Love Your Body with Jessica Sanders

September 5, 2019 BY

Best-selling children’s author Jessica Sanders will be at Geelong’s West Town Hall next Thursday.

The problem of self-esteem issues among young people is rife, but with women like Jessica Sanders selflessly uplifting others, change could be upon us.

As a children’s author, advocate and social worker, Jessica is dedicated to empowering people with the tools they need to strengthen the relationship they hold with themselves and their bodies.

Her commitment to championing others can be seen in the values of her social enterprise, Re-shape. Jessica founded Re-shape with the overarching goal of nurturing a positive body image in young people.

This same objective is gently explored in her best-selling children’s book, Love Your Body, an innovative celebration of young people for their abilities, brains, and personalities.

Hear Jessica share her insights on self-esteem, body image and social media literacy at Geelong’s West Town Hall (153 Pakington Street) on Thursday September 12 from 6.30-8pm. Book sales and signings will also be on offer.

This is a free event, but bookings are essential via geelongaustralia.com.au/thecitypresents.
