Madeleine West to share her story at Give Geelong breakfast

THE Give Where You Live Foundation has announced actor, author and advocate Madeleine West as guest speaker for the 2026 Give Geelong Breakfast.

Proudly presented by BBC Digital, this much-loved event in the Geelong event calendar will take place in the President’s Room at GMHBA Stadium on 19 March from 7am to 9am.

An important part of the Give Geelong Appeal, all proceeds from the breakfast event will raise important funds to support the Foundation’s annual grants program, providing vital funding to local organisations delivering frontline support in the areas of food security, homelessness assistance and inclusive employment across the G21 region.

Give Where You Live Foundation chief executive officer, Zac Lewis, said the foundation was delighted to be welcoming West to the Give Geelong Breakfast.

“The Give Where You Live Foundation exists to create a fairer community and drive positive social change. Madeleine’s message of resilience and empathy strongly aligns with our aims to support fairness and equity in our community.”

West said she was honoured to be part of the Give Geelong Breakfast.

The long-standing event is proudly presented by BBC Digital, supported by Australian Skin Face Body, and will feature entertainment from local musical theatre identity,Natalie O’Donnell.

Lewis said the foundation encouraged the community’s support of the Give Geelong Breakfast.
