Man airlifted from 13th Beach

A man in his twenties remains in a serious condition after he was airlifted to The Alfred hospital after a near drowning at 13th Beach on Sunday. The man was reportedly pulled from the water by other beachgoers at surfing spot Beacon. The man was airlifted from the Barwon Heads Football Netball Club oval and remains in a serious but stable condition after suffering head injuries.
