Moonlight Cinema lights up The Point

POINT Lonsdale residents recently spent a night under the stars with the arrival of The Point Moonlight Cinema.

Hosted by residential property developer Moremac Property Group, The Point Moonlight Cinema screened the hit animated film Inside Out.

The film screened just after sunset on parkland overlooking The Point’s waterways.

Moremac Group project director Bryce Moore said the community event had been a fantastic success and attracted more than 300 movie-goers.

“The open-air cinema is now a hugely popular community event, drawing crowds from the local area and wider Bellarine community,” Mr Moore said.

“We were thrilled to host the event for the fourth year in a row and wish to thank all the wonderful guests who attended on the night.”

The free open-air cinema event was a huge hit with the residents, holiday goers and the local community.

Cinemagoers on the night were treated to sausage sizzles run by the Point Lonsdale Surf Life Saving Club as well as complimentary popcorn, ice-cream and a selection of treats.
