New Drysdale office for growing agency

May 4, 2023 BY

A new Bellarine Property office will open at Drysdale.

BELLARINE Property is strengthening its presence in the northern Bellarine with a new office set to open its doors in Drysdale.

The Barwon Heads-based real estate company has steadily grown and increased its market share across the region since opening in 2011, with the new office set to create a service hub closer to home for its northern-based clients and staff.

Bellarine Property managing director Christian Bartley said the business had kept an eye out for expansion opportunities in recent years before finding the right fit.

“We’re really excited about it. We’ve looked at a couple of business opportunities in the last 12 years as they’ve come up and we’ve passed on a couple of them.

“In Drysdale our market share has grown for our brand over the years. When we looked early days it was a bit too premature. But now we feel very confident and comfortable with the timing.

“To be able to service north Bellarine from Curlewis, Clifton Springs, Portarlington, Indented Head, St, Leonards and the Greater Ballerine is really exciting for us really exciting for us as a company.

“We’ll be able to offer what we’ve been able to offer everyone in the coastal corridor – Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove to Point Lonsdale to Queenscliff – to make that service ability easier for our the clients, the landlords, sellers and buyers, and also our agents.”

Bellarine Property’s new Drysdale office is located at 5/8 High Street, in the former Hayeswinckle office.
