New roundabout in Point Lonsdale

A NEW roundabout linking Point Boulevard to the Bellarine Highway is now fully operational.

Following an intense period of activity over the summer months at Point Lonsdale’s residential project The Point, Moremac Property Group was pleased to announce its completion.

Moremac Property Group director Bryce Moore said not only would the roundabout serve as a new statement entrance to the project, but it would also provide all Point Lonsdale residents with a new entrance to their community.

“The roundabout opening is the result of an intensive phase of construction at The Point, and is a great example of infrastructure being delivered on-site,” Mr Moore said.

“We would like to thank the local community for the patience and support it showed throughout the construction of the new roundabout.”

Work on The Point is continuing at pace, with the construction of the first internal bridge already well underway – it is expected to be fully constructed by mid-year.
