New selections centre makes building a new home a breeze

After opening the doors to their refurbished Sales and Selections Centre earlier this year, Hotondo Homes Ocean Grove have received fantastic feedback from clients who love the new office.

With a greater emphasis on current design trends and a fresh new look, the centre will help provide new home builders with a greater experience with Hotondo Homes.

Director and Builder of Hotondo Homes in Ocean Grove, Aaron Anstis, aimed to create a purposebuilt space that focused on the customer experience at each step of their building journey.

With private areas for contract signing as well as meeting rooms and informal spaces, the new look has helped reinvigorate the colour selections process for their clients.

“Building a new home is the biggest investment many people will ever make in their lives, it’s important they are getting exactly what they want and they enjoy the process. We want to give our clients the best experience possible,” Mr Anstis said.

The updated Sales and Selections Centre provides clients with a warm and inviting space, as well as showcasing a contemporary look and feel.

“Designed with a mix of modern textures and furnishings, the highlight feature being the rough sawn timber screening, we wanted to keep the space feeling fresh and exciting as much as possible,” Mr Anstis said.

“Clients who have completed their colour selections consultation have loved seeing the selections area and the new design has changed the overall feel of the entire centre completely and that’s something we’re truly proud of.”
