Potential land owners inspect Allure Leopold

November 15, 2017 BY

ABOUT 100 potential land owners inspected stage one of Allure Leopold on Saturday.

Barry Plant real estate agent Brett Johnston is calling for expressions of interest for the Olive Grove Release, which close on November 10.

“There will be 93 lots in total and 33 lots in stage one,” Mr Johnston said.

“The advantages are that there is no other land like this in Leopold so it is a pretty desirable product.”

Mr Johnston said that Allure, which is located off Ash Road, was also located near boutique shops and offered views over Lake Connewarre.

“All of the infrastructure is set up so it will link onto the back of the Estuary Estate.

“The land was formally an olive farm too, so the street names will be named after olives.”

Anyone wanting to submit an expression of interest can download a form from the Barry Plant Leopold website – check the site for coming opendays.

“Then after the cut off date we will start work securing people’s first options,” Mr Johnston said.
